Remarks:
Diamond saw blade used for granite block cutting in
diameter 900mm up to 3500mm is called granite block cutting saw blade, there is
two type of granite block cutter, one is single blade and the other is multi
cutter. In this title, we describe diamond saw blade for single blade granite
block cutter.
Popular diameter in use are diameter 1200mm, 1600mm, 2000mm, 2500mm and 3000mm,
cutting granite tiles or slabs from 45cm (1200mm blade) up to 135cm (3000mm
blade) as per sizes needed from order or works. Most factories use non-silent or
normal steel blank in their production considering the cost factor. Silent steel
blank for bigger diameter blade is much more expensive and not so economic
compared to bridge saw blades in smaller diameters and less cost.
