Diamond Multi-blades refers to 2-60pcs diamond circular saw blades used
on multi-cutter machine for sawing granite block to slabs or strips,
which is suitable for 4 column machines or even single arm machines.
High efficiency, smoothness and low energy consumption.
There are 3 types of multi disc block cutters for granite.
Multi cutter requests higher quality of diamond saw blades both in steel
saw blank in vibration, balance and side jumping and also on diamond
segments on more sharpness or cutting speed. So the segments for multi
block cutter is with different formula or metal bond and diamond grade
and density.

The regular height of
diamond segments for multi block cutter are 13mm or 15mm. The most
common height is 13mm, which is not too big in size and not to bring
too much cutting impact to the saw blank, and it is quite succeed
and popular in use.
With technology improvement, more and more granite block cutter are
using 15mm height multi segments. Factory customers require 15mm
heights to save cost in re-tipping and in the long run, and with
steel blank quality improved step by step, people more and more know
how in multi block cutter operation and maintenance, so now 15mm is
quite popular in the market.
